Okay, so it's been a long time since I posted anything of value here, so I decided that it's time. I thought that if anyone who actually reads my xanga enjoys this post, Jonathan Harris might be first, it seems like something he would appreciate. It's just an amazing quote, and it's really applicable to my generation (so much so, that I put it in my AIM profile):

"If there is one lesson of history we need to learn better, it is gratitude. Because we live in an egalitarian age, we look to our fathers as if they were somehow beneath us, even as we stand on their shoulders."

--R.C. Sproul Jr., "When You Rise Up: A Covanental Approach to Homeschooling"

What are your thoughts on that? Anyone....?

I just took out my corn rows, and now my hair looks all kinky and POOFY.... Imagine that!--from corn rows to an afro....  I always knew there was some mystery in my gene pool....     SWEET!
